Rose was very proficient in my rental process today. We were done in a zip. Thank you, Rose ------------ 4/9/2024 Rented for a second time a month ago. Unexpectedly, our current need for storage changed and we needed to cancel our unit. Both Mark & Cherryl assisted in the process very proficiently. Working with Radiant's fully automated system made the entire process a breeze. Simply make a phone call, fill in and sign emailed docs, receive access info, then just move right in. They even provide a lock inside the unit for your convenience. Truly no hassle! We have used this facility once in the past with equally wonderful results. Both of our tenancy's were quite uneventful and very conducive to doing our business on a day to day basis. Any time you can simplify, it is a blessing. Thank you Mark, Cherryl and Radiant for providing such a pleasant experience.
